development company Boening &amp; Glatzel GmbH in 2014 with a focus on project development and entrepreneurial conceptual consulting for companies with retail portfolios. They have jointly developed twelve centers, carried out four redevelopments and managed fifteen large-volume transactions at mfi AG\/Unibail Rodamco. On July 1, 2023, Stefan Klug joined them and Boening Glatzel Klug were complete. Together they have over 50 years of experience in the development, marketing and realization as well as in the management of city quarters, district and large shopping centers. In the process, they moved a real estate value of more than five billion euros.
