Kranzler Eck Berlin

The Kranzler Eck Berlin is a listed icon. In addition to the city quarter designed by Helmut Jahn at the end of the 1990s with a hotel, offices and gastronomy areas, the retail trade has clearly become “outdated” in terms of style. The retail concept no longer meets the requirements of stronger competition in the west of Berlin in terms of space layout. The leases expire.

B & G develops several concepts for an extension and restructuring, which are discussed with the district Charlottenburg, the local politics and the upper monument authority as well as the owner and implemented with an extension solution in the inner courtyard under consideration of the monument determinations. B & G initiated a letting competition and leased to Superdry, H&M, ARKET, sunglass hut and various restaurateurs such as Burger de Ville. B & G lead the project team and the negotiations with all stakeholders.
